The Feathered Nest
I love Dawn's creativity and I've done many of her DIY/crafts myself. They turn out well and are easy on the budget. If you like vintage charm, this blog is what you've been searching for!
Chickens in the Road
Suzanne's blog has a little bit of everything "country:" recipes, crafts, even a forum! Her writing style is infused with humor, making her posts fun to read & bringing her one step closer to "friend."
Karen Booy is the editor of CRAFTLINK Magazine and she has a pattern company called "Ewe & Me Pattern Co." Karen is also the author of 2 books: Attic Angels, Snowy Folk.
She has a great set of instructions I've used to make clothespin snowmen. She calls them: "Willy Melt and Betty Won't." The instructions are straight-forward and easy to follow. There are some other cute ornaments and winter decorations out on this site, too.
Peggy Caauwe runs a custom order website for painted handcrafted items. Everything she does is special order & unique. She does tole & decorative painting with exquisite detail and artistry. One item of hers that I have tried my best to replicate is a Christmas ornament called Gingerbread Spool (so cute). Check out her gallery, she has some really cute things out there!

If Carly came to help me decorate & organize my home, I'd be in paradise! Her design ideas are a perfect match to my own and her organization skills are innovative and creative. Great blog!

Crystal has some great ideas on her blog. One of them I used this Christmas season: Crock Pot Hot Chocolate! This is a simple, easy, creamy & rich recipe everyone is sure to love! Check it out.
Elisabeth Klein - "What would happen if one woman told the truth about her life? The world would split open." Muriel Rukeyser
Elisabeth is painfully honest...and refreshingly authentic in an area where most would choose to remain silent. In sharing her journey, she inspires and encourages others to follow Christ. I invite you to join her.

This is a website devoted to developing deeper relationships: marriage, God, each other. Their focus is on the (heart) of the matter. Exceptionally well-written and painfully honest, this blog & resource page is sure to be a source of encouragement & healing.
